Mr. Knott has worked with Litwornia Associates, Inc. from March, 1988 to the present. Work included inspection of various streets and highway projects for Mansfield Township including site plan review, site plan modifications, sidewalk construction, street re-paving, storm sewer construction, street construction, culvert construction inspection and bridge inspection.

During this time period, Mr. Knott worked on loan for various projects in Mansfield Township to perform construction inspection duties for the Township Engineer. Work included inspection of sidewalk projects, street re-paving projects, street reconstruction projects and various site plan reviews and drafting.

Mr. Knott was also on loan for three months in 1993 to perform construction inspection services on the Garden State Parkway bridges for Jablonski and Meade. Work included the review of plans and condition reports for bridges, including gusset condition, rivet condition, steel condition, etc.

Mr. Knott performed various engineering technician duties, including cost estimates, traffic enumeration, engineering calculations, field surveys and other engineering duties as required.

Mr. Knott previously worked at the United States Naval Yard from 1985 to 1988 in Philadelphia, PA as a sand blaster and construction worker.

From 1982 to 1985, Mr. Knott worked as a private contractor. His firm provided electrical, plumbing and carpentry services for residential and commercial properties.

From 1976 to 1981, Mr. Knott taught at Archway School in Atco, NJ. He taught electrical skills and coordinated school transportation services.

From 1974 to 1975, Mr. Knott was an electrical technician responsible for all electrical, refrigeration and microwave repairs at Joral Corporation in Philadelphia, PA.

Mr. Knott attended Camden County College and was honorably discharged from the United States Army, where he was a radar instructor.
